What the contact form collects
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, your email address, your company name if you give one, the kind of help you chose, and your message. We collect nothing else through the form.
Why we collect it
We use it to read your enquiry and reply to you. You asked us to get in touch, and that request is our reason for handling your details. We do not add you to a mailing list. We do not sell what you send, and we share it with no one except the email provider that delivers it to us.
Where it is kept, and for how long
Enquiries are stored on the server that runs this website, and a copy is emailed to office@codekbyte.com through our email provider. We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to deal with your request, and we delete it when you ask us to.
Cookies
This site sets two cookies, and both are needed for it to work. One keeps your visit together as a single session. The other protects the contact form from forged submissions. Both expire after two hours. The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
Having your enquiry removed
Email office@codekbyte.com from the address you used and ask for removal. We will delete your enquiry and tell you when it is done.
In short
- We collect only what you type into the contact form.
- We use it to reply to you, and for nothing else.
- Nothing you send is sold. Only our email provider handles it on the way to us.
